Egg Salad


10-12 eggs, hard boiled and quartered

4 Tbsp mayonnaise

2 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbsp curry powder

2 tsp sugar

Squeeze of lemon juice

3 Tbsp Tatua Dairy Whip Whipped Cream


  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients (apart from eggs) and fold in cream.
  2. Pour mixture over eggs and gently stir.
  3. Refrigerate until serving.
