Iced Mocha


100ml espresso or brewed coffee

3 Tbsp chocolate syrup or ganache, plus extra

½ cup ice

1 cup milk

Tatua Chocolate Mousse & coffee beans, to garnish


  1. In a tall glass, stir together the coffee and ganache until incorporated. Add the ice to the glass, then pour in the milk.
  2. Squirt a generous amount of Tatua Chocolate Mousse on top, then finish with a final drizzle of syrup or ganache and coffee beans if desired. Serve immediately!
