Mac N Cheese


2 cups penne pasta, cooked and drained

Cooking spray

4 rashers bacon

1 courgette

400g Tatua Cheese Sauce

1/4 cup breadcrumbs


  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Spray a pan generously with cooking spray and heat.
  3. Remove the rind from the bacon and cut into thin strips, cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Finely chop the courgette and add to the bacon. Cook for a further 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat; combine with the cooked pasta and Tatua Cheese Sauce. Pour into an ovenproof dish.
  6. Spread the breadcrumbs evenly over the mixture and cook for 25 minutes or until golden.
