Raspberry & Chocolate Mousse Parfaits


150g fresh or frozen raspberries

100g amaretti biscuits, roughly chopped (or use sponge finger biscuits)

250g can Tatua Chocolate Mousse


  1. Divide the raspberries between four parfait dishes or glasses.
  2. Sprinkle with chopped amaretti biscuits and top with a large swirl of Tatua Chocolate Mousse.
  3. Serve immediately. Serves 4

Tip: try other fresh fruit in season such as strawberries, chopped mango or blueberries.
