Salted Caramel Pretzel Sundae


Caramel sauce

Vanilla ice cream

Tatua Caramel Mousse

Pretzels, crushed

Caramel popcorn

Caramel chocolate, chopped into pieces

Sea salt, to finish


  1. In glasses or jars, drizzle caramel sauce around the sides and leave to drip down the sides.
  2. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and layer Tatua Caramel Mousse on top. Drizzle with more caramel sauce, then sprinkle over pretzels, caramel popcorn and chocolate pieces. Repeat the layers, then top with a final layer of Caramel Mousse, and garnish with pretzels, popcorn and sea salt.
  3. Serve immediately.
