Tiramisu Pavlova


1 homemade or pre-made pavlova

200g Tatua Crème Fraiche

1 Tbsp instant coffee

1 Tbsp icing sugar

1 Tbsp hot water

Tatua Dairy Whip Whipped Cream

Tatua Chocolate Mousse

Toasted chopped nuts and fresh strawberries to serve


  1. Place the pavlova on a serving plate.
  2. Cut through the centre and lift off the top.
  3. Combine the coffee and water and cool.
  4. Whisk the Crème Fraiche with the coffee mixture and icing sugar.
  5. Spread coffee cream layer over the pavlova and replace the top.
  6. Decorate with swirls of Tatua Dairy Whip and Tatua Chocolate Mousse.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and garnish with sliced strawberries.
