Blue Cheese Buttermilk Creamy Dressing


1 cup buttermilk

1 cup Tatua Sour Cream

3 cloves garlic or 3 tsp minced garlic

¼ tsp sugar

¼ tsp sweet paprika

1 tsp salt

3 Tbsp blue cheese


  1. In a food processor or heavy-duty blender, combine the buttermilk, Tatua Sour Cream, garlic, sugar, paprika and salt.  Blend until smooth.
  2. Add blue cheese and pulse quickly once or twice, leaving blue cheese in small pieces.
  3. Refrigerate 4 hours or more before serving to let the flavours blend.
