Chocolate And Salted Caramel Sensation

Ingredients

100ml Salted caramel sauce

Tatua Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate brownie

Chocolate drops or brownie crumbs for garnish

Method

  1. Break brownie into small pieces and place over the bottom of a single serve dessert dish
  2. Drizzle half the salted caramel sauce over the brownie layer
  3. Squirt a generous layer of Tatua Chocolate Mousse on top of the sauce
  4. Repeat first 3 steps with the remaining brownie, salted caramel sauce and mousse
  5. Garnish with brownie crumbs or chocolate drops and serve
  6. Eat immediately, serves 2.
