Classic Crème Fraiche Pasta Sauce


1 Tbsp olive oil

1 onion, finely diced

2 cloves of garlic, crushed

1 lemon, juice and zest

200g Tatua Crème Fraiche

chopped parsley

salt & pepper


Add a handful of rocket leaves and ½ cup of grated Parmesan

Steam finely sliced courgette and add just before you serve

Add crispy bacon pieces and Parmesan Cheese

Add chopped tomatoes and basil

Add roasted capsicum, sliced olives, sundried tomatoes and basil


  1. Gently heat the olive oil in a frying pan.  Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened (about five minutes).
  2. Add the lemon juice and cook for a minute before adding the Tatua Crème Fraiche and lemon zest.
  3. Heat until just simmering, add chopped parsley to taste and season with salt and pepper. Serves 4.
