Crème Chicken Delight


5 chicken breasts or 10 chicken thighs

4 sundried tomatoes, sliced

3-4 cloves garlic, peeled and left whole

1 tsp. dried tarragon

200g Tatua Crème Fraiche

1/4 c chicken stock

2 Tbsp wholegrain mustard

200g cherry tomatoes, halved

5 rashers bacon, chopped

Chives, salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place chicken breasts and garlic cloves into a deep oven proof dish and scatter sundried tomatoes on top
  2. Combine the Tatua Crème Fraiche, tarragon, mustard and chicken stock in a bowl then pour over chicken.
  3. Scatter cherry tomatoes and bacon over top.
  4. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven at 200°C for 30-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken from the pan and keep warm.
  6. Mash the softened garlic in the pan and whisk the creamy juices and mashed garlic together to create a delicious sauce.
  7. Pour the sauce over the chicken and garnish with chives and salt and pepper.
