Decadent Chocolate Milkshake


1-2 Tbsp chocolate dessert sauce

1 scoop vanilla ice-cream

1 cup milk

2-3 ice cubes

2 Tbsp milo or drinking chocolate

Tatua Chocolate Mousse


  1. Swirl chocolate sauce around a tall serving glass and chill.
  2. Combine ice-cream, milk, ice cubes and milo or drinking chocolate in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour into chilled glass, top with a swirl of Tatua Chocolate Mousse and garnish with a chocolate fish or chocolate coffee beans.
  4. For an adult version add a shot of black coffee to make a chilled mocchacino. Serves 1.
