Easy Banoffee Pie


1 packet plain biscuits, crushed

100g butter, softened

1 banana, sliced

100g thick caramel sauce or dulce de leche

1 can Tatua Caramel Mousse

Pecans to decorate


1. In a food processor, finely crush biscuits and butter to make the crumb.

2. Set out 6 glasses and in each glass add alternate layers of biscuit crumb, sliced banana, caramel sauce and top with Caramel Mousse.

3. Sprinkle with pecans.

Serves 6.
