Olive oil, as required

5 medium potatoes, cut into fries

400g Tatua Cheese Sauce

1 packet gravy (to make 250ml)

250g bacon, chopped into small pieces


  1. Heat oil in frying pan, then place fries into the hot oil and cook until golden. This should take 5-10 minutes.
  2. While the fries cook, warm Tatua Cheese Sauce in a microwave proof dish in the microwave.
  3. Cook the bacon in a separate pan.
  4. Remove fries and bacon from heat and pat off oil with a paper towel.
  5. Make gravy as per packet instructions.
  6. Place fries in serving dish and top with bacon, Tatua Cheese Sauce and gravy.
  7. Serve immediately.
