Raspberry & Chocolate Mousse Parfaits
150g fresh or frozen raspberries
100g amaretti biscuits, roughly chopped (or use sponge finger biscuits)
250g can Tatua Chocolate Mousse
- Divide the raspberries between four parfait dishes or glasses.
- Sprinkle with chopped amaretti biscuits and top with a large swirl of Tatua Chocolate Mousse.
- Serve immediately. Serves 4
Tip: try other fresh fruit in season such as strawberries, chopped mango or blueberries.
