Seared Stone Fruit Sensation


8 halved pieces of fruit - peaches, plums, nectarines, sliced pineapple

30g butter, melted

2 Tbsp caster sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Tatua Dairy Whip Whipped Cream

1/2 cup granola



  1. Arrange fruit halves on a tray.
  2. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with combined cinnamon sugar.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until caramelised and tender.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Pipe with swirls of Tatua Dairy Whip Whipped Cream.
  6. Sprinkle with granola.
  7. Drizzle with honey.
