Seared Stone Fruit Sensation
8 halved pieces of fruit - peaches, plums, nectarines, sliced pineapple
30g butter, melted
2 Tbsp caster sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Tatua Dairy Whip Whipped Cream
1/2 cup granola
- Arrange fruit halves on a tray.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with combined cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until caramelised and tender.
- Cool completely.
- Pipe with swirls of Tatua Dairy Whip Whipped Cream.
- Sprinkle with granola.
- Drizzle with honey.
