Spinach And Feta Dip


2 Tbsp olive oil

1 small onion, diced

1 clove garlic, crushed

1/4 c pine nuts

100g baby spinach leaves

50g feta cheese

200g Tatua Sour Cream


  1. Add oil to pan
  2. Sauté diced onion, garlic and pine nuts until toasted
  3. Add spinach and wilt down
  4. Transfer to food processor
  5. Add feta and Tatua Sour Cream
  6. Blend until smooth
  7. Garnish with extra toasted pine nuts and herbs
  8. Serve with crackers and vege sticks, makes approx. 1 cup.
