Spinach And Feta Dip
Ingredients
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c pine nuts
100g baby spinach leaves
50g feta cheese
200g Tatua Sour Cream
Method
- Add oil to pan
- Sauté diced onion, garlic and pine nuts until toasted
- Add spinach and wilt down
- Transfer to food processor
- Add feta and Tatua Sour Cream
- Blend until smooth
- Garnish with extra toasted pine nuts and herbs
- Serve with crackers and vege sticks, makes approx. 1 cup.
