Summer Ambrosia Salad


2 cups chopped summer fruit - nectarines, apples, grapes, berries, peaches, apricots, pears etc.

3/4 cup plain vanilla yoghurt

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup toasted long thread coconut

Tatua Dairy Whip Whipped Cream

Extra marshmallows

Coconut to garnish


  1. Cut fruit into bite sized pieces.
  2. Place yoghurt in a large bowl and add fruit.
  3. Sprinkle over coconut and marshmallows.
  4. Add Tatua Dairy Whip Whipped Cream and fold together.
  5. Spoon into jars.
  6. Top with swirl of Dairy Whip Whipped Cream.
  7. Garnish with extra marshmallows and toasted coconuts.
